The new DS503MT electric scissors are designed for precise trimming of materials with straight and curved profiles. The tapered foot with a carbide counterblade minimizes bulk, making it ideal for textiles, leather, and finishing plastic and fiberglass molds. Lightweight (950 g), ergonomic, and equipped with a quiet 55W motor, it cuts up to 9 mm thick. The built-in sharpener restores the blade edge in under 10 seconds without disassembly. The updated electronic circuit now features an externally replaceable glass fuse.
